SAMUEL HOŠEK

Slovak singer Samuel Hošek released his debut album " OUR TIME IS NOW" on December 3, 2020 in cooperation with his producer Jureš Fallgrapp Líška.

 

ABOUT ALBUM

​

Album consists of 12 tracks written by singer and producer. It also includes bonus track that takes listeners to the recording process from the studio. 

Music genre of the album is close to alternative pop with features of electronic music, RnB, Soul, and Rap. Modern sound of all tracks is supported by precise back-vocals, rap, and speaking of singer.  

 

All lyrics written by singer describes finding own identity and point out the questions of religion, faith, and perception of different cultures. The songs tell stories about relationships, and discover inner world of artist. Concept of album is focusing on inner world of human being. "Nowadays, the main focus is on outer beauty however, the most interesting thing for me is what is going on inside us. Inside our heads. That's what I call inner beauty. I have finished a certain chapter of my life with this album, and opened the deepest world of myself towards my audience." 

 

BIO

​

Samuel Hošek is a multitalented artist, singer, and performer. He is a winner of numerous American and European music and art competitions.  

In his age of 16, Samuel received a scholarship and studied at the TOP 50 best private school in the USA. After high school, he studied at The Academy of Performing Arts and Music in Bratislava Slovakia. After his bachelor degree from drama, he studied jazz music at the Upper Conservatory of  Jaroslav Ježek in Prague Czech Republic. Samuel has been singing on the Czechoslovak scene for several years and he has done numerous cooperations and featurings with different artists, rappers, and bands. With his own band he had performed at the biggest Slovak festivals. He was an open band for American acapela group Naturally 7. Samuel has been singing also as a back up vocalist for the biggest Czechoslovak stars, or in Czechoslovak Pop Idol. As an actor he has had several roles at different theaters in Slovakia such as : Slovak National Theatre, Studio L+S, Elledanse, 

Currently he has one of the lead roles in The Czech Cabaret Show at the Royal Theater in Prague Czech Republic, where he sings, dances, and acts. People recognize also  his voice from TV commercials, and voiceovers. Samuel has been a face of a few commercial brands broadcasted all around the Europe. Besides singing, he works also as a vocals coach at British International School, and preparing actors for the TV shows, or singing roles in theatre. His artwork has been exhibited at European cities such as Prague, Vienna, and Bratislava.
